Our Approach

CodingCafe developed a custom Lead Management System (LMS) that centralizes the entire lead lifecycle—from lead import and assignment to follow-ups and enrollment. The platform allows teams to import leads via Excel, assign them to callers and counselors, track interactions, and manage follow-ups from a single dashboard.

We also implemented role-based access for different departments, including Callers, Counselors, HODs, Filing Officers, Legal Officers, and Administrators, ensuring secure and organized operations. Additionally, the admin dashboard provides real-time visibility into lead progress, team activities, and overall performance.
